HomeCare Options provides professionally supervised health and
social services that may include nursing, social work, homemaker-home
health aide service, and housekeeping, to elderly, ill and disabled
individuals in their homes. We provide a half a million hours of home
care services to thousands of people each year throughout northern New Jersey.
At HomeCare Options, we know that the decision to bring a caregiver into your home is not
an easy one. We try to make it easier by offering a variety of services, 12 different
programs. All of our caregivers - nurses, personal care assistants,
Certified Home Health Aides, and
health assessment coordinators - are professionally trained and dedicated to providing the
highest quality home care services to each and every customer. Our
caregivers are available
24 hours a day, seven days a week.
2014 is our 60th year of caring. Since 1954, our mission has been to

About our New Good Steps Falls Prevention
Program which consists of an evidence-based program of leg
muscle strengthening and balance retraining exercises taught and
monitored by specially trained Registered Nurses. It is based on a
program developed in New Zealand and research has found it to be
successful in reducing falls and the injuries associated with them by
35%. It is the most effective program we could find
