Skilled Nursing Services - Caring Connections Nursing

All Services

Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are available to care for patients who are ill, disabled, recently hospitalized, or have been injured in accidents. The R.N. plans, develops, implements and evaluates the comprehensive care required by the home care patient. Length of service may vary from a short daily visit to monitor health signs and administer medication to continual care.

Nurses provide the following services:

Health education
Medication Management
Medication Administration
Post Operative Care

Health monitoring
Wound Care
Nursing Care
in support of medical plan
of treatment

Nursing hours/availability: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Patient Cost: $85.00 per visit by Registered Nurse.

Source of payment: Private insurance and private pay.
