Personal Assistance Services Program (PASP)

(PASP) is an NJ Department of Human Services sponsored program to provide Passaic County physically disabled adult residents with routine nonmedical personal care assistance so that they may go to work, school, or volunteer outside of the home.

The PASP Coordinator, Daniel Velasquez, assists participants to receive and manage a monthly budget to purchase services, create an individualized plan of care to direct their personal care services, and customize their PASP services to meet their schedule and needs.
